• Sore throat
• Heartburn
• Foreign body sensation
• Throat mucus / phlegm
• Cough
• Hoarseness
• Swallow problems
• Snoring
• Neck swelling, etc…

These symptoms can be produced by allergic rhinitis, sinusitis, tonsillitis, acid reflux and rarely more serious disease.

Complementary investigations which may be suggested could be a CT scan at the Radiology Department or examination of the throat, voice box (larynx) or food tube (oesophagus) under General Anaesthesia in the Operating Theatre.
